Profiles
Lisa Livingstone
Lisa attended her high school years here in Townsville and
later moved to the Sunshine Coast where she gained 10 years
experience in Property Management and Real Estate. After working
in an environment where large Real Estate businesses concentrated
on sales departments to the detriment of their Landlords and
Tenants wellbeing Lisa concentrated on setting herself up
in small business and starting a family back here in Townsville.
Unable to separate herself from Property Management Lisa has
now embarked, with her partner, on establishing a business
that prides itself on supporting their clients, without the
corporate pressure to raise revenue for a company at the expense
of the people she deals with daily.
Terry Conner
Terry has served 21 years in the Defence Force prior to
receiving his Real Estate License and has spent over 15 years
here watching Townsville grow as a community and city. Having
seen how the Townsville rental market operates and the lack
of support for Homeowners, Investors and Tenants, Terry is
determined to show that through professional relationships,
communication and dedication all parties can receive respect
and a fair deal.
